Its an awful infringement to have ones IP/Intellectual Property stolen, misrepresented, etc.…there are many words for “posting images, video, etc.. you/oneself has not created.

I truly feel we as it relates to human kind and ones individual use of Free Speech, Free Press, as well as “Rights Voided” due to public forums, etc. are HIGHLY misconstrued and lack the necessary protection; not only to/for Artist/Creatives; but human kind as a whole.

There unfortunately are many people among us who do not understand the Cyber Laws, local/state ordinances, as well as Federal bylaws which protect Creatives and our work such as:

• DMCA COPYRIGHT

• IP INFRINGEMENT

• LARCENY OF DIGITAL CONTENT

• FRAUD BY CREATIVE LICENSE

• DEFAMATION BY ALTERATION

• VIOLATION OF RIGHTS PUBLICITY

Please make no mistake; the aforementioned are LEGITIMATE Cyber Crimes, therefore; as a Creative and protector of my Artist License, if I and/or any of my work are violated upon I will use the full extend of the Law to restore order.
